Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbetshop ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xbetshop website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all associated services including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and promotional programmes.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. xbetshop operates a strict one account per person policy. Any activity conducted via your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

xbetshop processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. xbetshop does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xbetshop bears no responsibility.

All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the xbetshop finance team within the following indicative processing windows:

All player funds held in xbetshop accounts are held separately from the platform's operational funds. xbetshop does not use player funds for any purpose other than the payment of valid withdrawal requests and promotional awards.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. These promotion-specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods — form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read carefully before a bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and a provision of these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Standard bonus terms applicable across all xbetshop promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and must be used within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method account.
• xbetshop reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including after a bonus has been claimed, if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse or terms violation.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as real-money balance upon completion of the applicable wagering requirement, subject to any withdrawal limits stated in the promotion terms.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By maintaining an active account on xbetshop, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply at all times with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Creating more than one account on the platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any informational advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical glitches to place bets or generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime through the platform.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbetshop support staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.

xbetshop employs a range of technical and human monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Any account found to be in violation of these obligations will be actioned promptly. Decisions regarding account suspension and fund forfeiture are made at xbetshop's sole discretion, subject to the review procedure described in Section 8.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the xbetshop platform — including but not limited to the xbetshop brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, user interface layouts, game presentation, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of xbetshop or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xbetshop platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without express written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform or its underlying software.
• Use any xbetshop trademark, brand name, logo, or other proprietary identifier in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

Game titles and game content provided on xbetshop by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. xbetshop operates under valid content licensing agreements with all game providers whose titles appear in the platform lobby.

Account Suspension & Closure

xbetshop reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player or a verified third party acting on the player's behalf.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or formal request from a law enforcement authority.
• The player's jurisdiction becomes a restricted territory under xbetshop's operational policies.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to the account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. xbetshop will endeavour to complete account investigations within 10 business days of initiating a suspension, subject to the complexity of the matter and the responsiveness of the player in providing any requested information.

Players may voluntarily close their xbetshop account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (excluding voided bonus funds) will be paid out to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Players who close their accounts voluntarily may re-register after a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days, unless the closure was made in connection with a self-exclusion request — in which case the self-exclusion period terms apply.

Limitation of Liability

xbetshop provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation of the platform, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where operationally practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbetshop's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbetshop expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Technical failures, network outages, or connectivity issues originating with your internet service provider, mobile operator, or device.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or failures of third-party payment infrastructure including bKash, Nagad, and banking networks.

Nothing in these Terms limits xbetshop's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Amendments to These Terms

xbetshop reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players by posting a prominent notice on the platform and, where operationally feasible, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with the voluntary closure procedure described in Section 8.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xbetshop's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with xbetshop's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. Players in Bangladesh may also seek resolution through the consumer dispute mechanisms available under applicable Bangladeshi law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of xbetshop to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
